Absolut Vanilia

Passion Star Martini

Ingredients

1½ Parts Absolut Vanilia
1½ Parts Passion fruit Puré
1 Part Pineapple
1 Part Passion fruit pulp
⅓ Part Vanilla Syrup
1 Part Passion fruit

How to mix

Muddle pineapple in a shaker. Add Absolut Vanilia, passion fruit pulp, vanilla syrup and passion fruit purèe. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with passion fruit. Serve with a side of Champagne (in a shot glass)

 

Vanilla Guava

Ingredients

1½ Parts Absolut Vanilia
⅓ Part Lemon Juice
4 Whole Red Currant
1 Teaspoon Sugar, Superfine

 

How to mix

Muddle red currant and sugar in a shaker. Fill with ice cubes. Add lemon juice and Absolut Vanilia. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with red currant.

 

Jameson

Whiskey Peach Tea Punch

Ingredients

400ml Jameson

1500ml of black tea

3 peaches (sliced)

150 grams of sugar

Juice of one lemon

Ice cubes

Mint leaves

Lemon slices to serve

 

How to mix

Fill a drinks dispenser with ice. Pour Jameson, black tea, sugar and lemon juice.  Add lemon slices, mint and peach slices before giving it all good stir.

 

Hard Fired Apple

Ingredients

35ml Jameson
Apple juice
2 dashes of Aromatic bitters
Red apple
Ice

 

How to mix

Hand crack ice from the freezer and add to Collins glass. Add all other ingredients taking care to float bitters. Slice red apple chevron and place on top of drink and add metal straw.


Chivas Regal

Chivas Collins

Ingredients

2 Slices of Green Apple (Granny Smith)
50ml Chivas Regal 12
100ml Lemonade
50ml Soda Water
1 x Lime Wheel

 

How to mix

Place the apple slices at the bottom of the glass and pour Chivas over them. Allow to stand for a few minutes. Fill with large ice cubes. Slowly pour the lemonade. Give it a stir. Top with soda. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve with a long clear straw.

 

Old Fashioned

Ingredients

60ml Chivas Regal 12

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

1 Brown Sugar Lump

1 Orange Slice

 

How to mix

Place brown sugar cubes into an old-fashioned glass. Add bitters and muddle together. Pour 15ml Chivas Regal 12. Add one ice cube and stir until it has half melted. Repeat steps 3 and 4, three more times. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.


Olmeca Dark Chocolate

Party Jungle

Ingredients

15ml Olmeca Dark Chocolate Tequila
15ml Crème liqueur
15ml Crème De Menthe

 

How to mix

Using a barspoon or a teaspoon, slowly pour the Olmeca Dark Chocolate into a shot glass. Layer the Crème Liqueur, then layer the Crème De Menthe.

 

Chocolossal

Ingredients

25 ml Olmeca Dark Chocolate Tequila
25 ml Chilled tomato juice
Tabasco sauce

 

How to mix

Pour Olmeca Dark Chocolate into one shot. Then pour the tomato juice into another with a few dashes of Tabasco sauce. Drink the tomato shot first and be ready to enjoy the Olmeca Dark Chocolate one.

 

G.H. Mumm

French 75

Ingredients

60ml London dry gin
1 tsp. superfine sugar
15ml lemon juice
150ml brut champagne

 

How to mix

Shake gin, lemon juice, and sugar well with cracked ice in a chilled cocktail shaker. Strain into a Collins glass half-full of cracked ice and top off with champagne.

 

Blushing Mimosa

Ingredients

2 oz. orange juice
1 oz. pineapple juice
2 tbs. grenadine
brut champagne

 

How to mix

Fill a champagne flute 2/3 full of the juice mixture. Top with champagne, then add grenadine.

 


Olmeca Gold

Tequila Sunrise

Ingredients

60ml Olmeca Gold Tequila
120ml orange juice
15ml grenadine
Garnish: orange slice
Garnish: maraschino cherry

 

How to mix

Pour the tequila and the orange juice into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir. Slowly pour the grenadine around the inside edge of the glass. It will sink and gradually rise to mix with the other ingredients. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.

 

Juan Collins

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces tequila
1 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce agave nectar
2 oz. club soda (or enough to top the glass)
Garnish: Lemon, lime wedge

 

How to mix

Pour the tequila, lemon juice, and nectar into a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Stir thoroughly. Top with club soda. Garnish with a citrus wedge.

Malibu

Pina Colada

Ingredients

60ml Malibu Rum
30ml Coconut Cream
Pineapple Juice
Pineapple To Taste

 

How to mix

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add malibu rum and coconut cream. Shake and strain into a wine glass filled with crushed ice. Top up with pineapple juice. Garnish with pineapple.

 

Sea Breeze

 

Ingredients

45ml Malibu Rum
45ml Cranberry Juice
45ml Pineapple Juice
1 Wedge Lime

 

How to mix

Fill a highball glass with crushed ice. Add all ingredients. Garnish with lime.


Havana Club 3

Frozen Daiquiri

Ingredients

1 measuring spoon of 2.5cl
2 parts of Havana Club 3
1 part of white sugar
1 part of fresh lime juice
3 ice cubes

 

How to mix

Add 2 parts rum, 1 part sugar and 1 part lime to a blender. Add the equivalent of a mug of ice. Blend for 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and add a straw to drink.

 

Santiago

Ingredients

50 ml Havana Club Añejo 3 Años
50 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
10 ml Grenadine
3 Ice cubes
1 Cocktail shaker or a large jar with a lid

 

How to mix

Fill a shaker or large jar with ice cubes. Pour in the Havana club 3, orange juice and grenadine. Shake it for 30 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a twisted orange peel


Havana Club 7

7 Neat

Ingredients

50 ml Havana 7

1 Orange wedge

3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

3 Large ice cubes

 

How to mix

Fill the glass with the ice cubes and pour in the Havana 7. Add the orange wedge. Add three dashes per glass of Angostura Bitters. Stir.

 

Chancanchara

Ingredients

50 ml Havana Club 7 Años
20 ml Honey water*
50 ml of sparkling water
5 ml Fresh lime juice
1 Lime wedge
3 Ice cubes
*Half honey & half warm water

 

How to mix

Pour in a glass, 50 ml of Havana club rum 7, 20 ml of lime juice and 20 ml of liquid honey. Mix everything until the liquid honey dissolves. Add 5ml of sparkling water and large ice cubes. Garnish with a lime wedge.


Absolut Raspberri

Raspberry Chocolate Martini

Ingredients

30ml Absolut Raspberri
20ml White Cacao Liqueur
5ml Simple Syrup
6 Whole Raspberries

 

How to mix

Muddle raspberries and simple syrup in a shaker. Fill with ice cubes. Add Absolut Raspberri and white cacao liqueur. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with raspberry.

 

Raspberry Mojito

Ingredients

45ml Absolut Raspberri
23ml Lemon Juice
3 Whole Basil
2 Tablespoons Sugar, Superfine
2 Whole Raspberries
2 Whole Blackberries
Soda Water
1 Wheel Lemon

 

How to mix

Muddle basil, lemon juice, sugar, superfine, raspberries and blackberries in a rocks glass. Stir. Fill with crushed ice. Add Absolut Raspberri. Top up with soda water. Garnish with basil and lemon.


Absolut

Moscow Mule

Ingredients

50ml Absolut Vodka
20ml Lime Juice
30ml Ginger Beer
1 Part Lime

 

How to mix

Fill a mule mug with ice cubes. Add Absolut Vodka and lime juice. Top up with ginger beer. Garnish with lime.

 

Bellini

Ingredients

23ml Absolut Vodka
23ml Peach Puree
Champagne

 

How to mix

Add Absolut Vodka and peach puree into a champagne glass. Top up with champagne.


Ballantine’s


Finest Sour

Ingredients

50ml Ballantine’s Finest
25ml lemon juice
12.5ml Malibu
12.5ml sugar syrup
1 egg white
Cubed ice
Lemon slice

 

How to mix

Fill a martini glass with ice and put it to one side. Grab a cocktail shaker and top it up with cubed ice. Pour in the Ballantine’s, Malibu, sugar syrup, lemon juice and egg white. Shake it up. Remove the ice from your chilled martini glass, pour the cocktail through a strainer. Then serve with a lemon slice.

 

The Black Coffee

Ingredients

35ml Ballantine’s Finest
15ml Kahlua
75ml cream
75ml milk
2 shots of cold brewed coffee
1 shot of caramel syrup
Pinch of salt
Coffee beans

 

How to mix

Grab a cocktail shaker, add cubed ice to the top then all your ingredients, except the coffee beans. Shake it up. then shake it up some more. You’ll work your muscles on this one. Place a strainer over the shaker and pour into a highball glass over ice. Garnish with coffee beans for the ultimate wake up call.
