A Banana Nutmeg Daiquiri

We hardly ever have bananas in the house, because I hate them and trying to eat a bunch before they go brown is too challenging for me. Anyway, if you have some left over, a tropical fruit bomb is in order.

This banana-based beverage will get you fruity – and keep you that way



50ml white rum

15ml limejuice

25ml banana puree

5ml sugarcane syrup


How to make banana and nutmeg daiquiri

1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.

2. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.

3. Garnish with a dusting of fresh nutmeg.
