A Gastronomic Experience coming to Fairview

written by Jeannette Musembi 29th October 2012

It’s always a breath of fresh air when a restaurant breaks from their norm and injects a bit of an excitement as a way of attracting new clientele or simply retaining the existing one. It might be in form of new menus, extended happy hours or simply an addition of special offers. In accordance with this, starting from today, 29th of October to the 4th of November 2012, Fairview Hotel will be hosting top chefs hailing from the Netherlands at their Pango Gourmet Brasserie restaurant. Prepare to be wowed by the creations of Chef Moshine Korich and his wife Jeanet Guijt. Interestingly, the couple run a restaurant called “Aagje Deken” where Jeanet is the proprietor as well as the Maitre and Sommelier. Mohsine Korich was born in 1962 to a Moroccan father and a French mother. He grew up during the last gastronomic revolution called “Nouvelle Cuisine” and that, coupled with his Moroccan flair, French passion and Dutch craziness, makes him prepare extraordinary dishes where he uses lots of spices from his Moroccan homeland. Pango is convinced that Mohsine together with Jeanet and her extensive wine knowledge will give you an unforgettable “Pango experience”.
