Milkshakes are great in hot weather, but as one of life’s simple pleasures, they should be enjoyed all year round. It can be hard to find a great recipe for something like a milkshake, and very disappointing when you do make one and the shake doesn’t come out as you’d hoped.
Restaurant milkshakes are generally made from mixes and while they are good, I promise you can do better yourself with just a little bit of effort. It will most definitely be worth it and it may even be healthier.
No matter the season, you can use always use fresh or frozen fruit to make a great range of great milkshakes. They should be fun to make and drink, so don’t be afraid to try something new. Maybe you’ll find a new favourite for yourself, your kids or your whole family.
