Baileys Recipes That Are A Must Try This St. Patrick’s Day

Baileys Hot Chocolate

 

Ingredients
  • 50ml of Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • Hot chocolate drink
  • 0.9 units per serve
  • Chocolate Flakes
Method 
  • Start by pouring the Baileys into your favourite mug.
  • Follow the instructions on the packet to make up a serving of hot chocolate drink.
  • Pour the hot chocolate into the mug with the Baileys and float the whipped cream on top.
  • Sprinkle chocolate flakes over the top and indulge yourself.

Baileys Irish Coffee

Ingredients
  • 50ml Baileys with a hint of Coffee Flavour
  • 20ml or one shot of espresso
  • Milk, enough to fill your coffee glass
  • 0.9 units per serve
Method
  • Pour steaming milk into a coffee glass, leaving enough room for the espresso and Baileys to go in on top.
  • Add your espresso shot to the glass.
  • Finally pour the creamy Baileys on top of the milk and coffee.
  • Finish your Baileys latte with a sprinkling of crumbled chocolate or cocoa powder.

Guinness & Baileys Pint Drop

Ingredients
  • 3/4 Pint Glass Guinness Stout
  • 1/2 oz.  Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey
Method
  • Pour Guinness 3/4 of the way into a pint glass and let settle.
  • Layer Baileys first into a shot glass followed by the irish whiskey.
  • Drop shot glass into the pint glass and enjoy.
