Baileys Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 50ml of Baileys Original Irish Cream
- Hot chocolate drink
- 0.9 units per serve
- Chocolate Flakes
Method
- Start by pouring the Baileys into your favourite mug.
- Follow the instructions on the packet to make up a serving of hot chocolate drink.
- Pour the hot chocolate into the mug with the Baileys and float the whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle chocolate flakes over the top and indulge yourself.
Baileys Irish Coffee
Ingredients
- 50ml Baileys with a hint of Coffee Flavour
- 20ml or one shot of espresso
- Milk, enough to fill your coffee glass
- 0.9 units per serve
Method
- Pour steaming milk into a coffee glass, leaving enough room for the espresso and Baileys to go in on top.
- Add your espresso shot to the glass.
- Finally pour the creamy Baileys on top of the milk and coffee.
- Finish your Baileys latte with a sprinkling of crumbled chocolate or cocoa powder.
Guinness & Baileys Pint Drop
Ingredients
- 3/4 Pint Glass Guinness Stout
- 1/2 oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey
Method
- Pour Guinness 3/4 of the way into a pint glass and let settle.
- Layer Baileys first into a shot glass followed by the irish whiskey.
- Drop shot glass into the pint glass and enjoy.
