Carlsberg Kenya and Brown’s Food Company Launch An Innovative Sorbeer

On 2nd May 2018 ​Carlsberg Kenya, in partnership with Delia’s (a subset of Brown’s Food Company), launched an innovative new product to Delia’s product line: Carlsberg sorbeer at Brown’s Cheese Farm in Limuru.

The new sorbet was launched at Brown’s Cheese Farm in Limuru on Friday April 27th. Carlsberg is a refreshing and uniquely characterful international premium Pilsner with a malty backbone and balanced bitterness. This sorbet highlights the citrus and apple notes of Carlsberg as well as the smooth malty flavour of the beer. The sorbet is light, fresh and citrusy, prefect for a hot summer’s day or a palate cleanser at the end of any meal. This sorbeer will be available at select Carlsberg and Brown’s events around the city so you better keep an eye out if you want to indulge. In the near future, there are plans to also introduce this sorbeer into popular restaurants and bars around the city.
