Cîroc Pulls Out All the Stops at The Milan Brunch

written by Yummy Team 2nd September 2019

Sometimes, life aligns and wonderful treats come your way on wonderful days like on Sunday when you’re almost assured there are few hassles to worry about. Cîroc, the vodka we’ve come to love and associate with the chic and fun life, held a brunch on Sunday at Milan Bar located at the Mirage. What transpired? Everything you’d expect from Cîroc; tantalizing cocktails, Instagrammable food, entertainment and fun-filled conversations that were a mark of a Sunday well spent.

The cocktails

Go Coco is the type of cocktail you drink that makes you want to say, “Go, Coco.” Made with simple ingredients of Cîroc Coconut, lemon, Sugar syrup and mint, this is the drink you want to keep refilling on a weekend.

City Girl Martini definitely has James Bond shaking in his suit (yes, that’s what we believe!). The cocktail was a favourite among many and it hit all the right notes with its citrusy and sharp notes. You just need Cîroc Blue, Vanilla syrup, passion fruit juice and prosecco to create this wonder.

The Ciroc Hot Mama is very aptly named. To use Internet slang on this divine drink, it really slaps hard! We recommend this hot drink infused with savoury chilli. Just as with the other cocktails, the ingredients were also pretty simple and included Cîroc Coconut, watermelon juice, fresh lime, simple syrup, chilli.

The Food

F is for fantastic food and that’s what we got at the Ciroc life party brunch. The Hangover Fry up was a fresh combo of two fried eggs, choice of bacon, or beef sausage, with grilled tomato, home fries and toast. When the hangover hits, we suggest you drop by Milan for this dish.

Steak and eggs? Count us in anytime! With some beef fillet, served with two fried eggs, sauteed mushrooms, grilled tomato and home fries, this is the dish that had us going like, “can we please get more?”

Their next dish is something that can be had for breakfast at home as well, on the days you’re feeling super creative- chicken waffles. Just have your chicken pieces and infuse them with maple syrup. Or take the stress away and have Milan make this for you.

Braised beef pinwheels were also delicious. That’s the thing, everything just worked perfectly balanced with the Cîroc drinks. But has braised beef ever disappointed? We doubt it!

To cleanse our palate, Milan decided to go the classic way with chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert. What more can you ask for on a weekend?

Let’s keep living our best, fun lives with Ciroc!
