Coca Cola has some pretty unique ad campaigns. From the hugely successful ‘Share A Coke‘, where no one shared one with me, the soft drinks giant is guaranteed to be the talk of the town whenever they have a campaign.
But who would have ever thought that they’d strip off all their branding for an ad? In celebration of Ramadan, Coca Cola took of all the labels from their cans for the Middle Eastern countries with an aim to promote open mindedness and tolerance. How exactly did they pull that off? They brought together six strangers, in total darkness, for a special iftar. Sounds like they borrowed a leaf from Gizani.
As the group talked an opened up about themselves, they shared their perceptions of what the others might look like only to have their perceptions shattered when the lights were turned on. Trust me, you’ll be just as shocked when you watch the video below. Next time you want to get all judge and jury on someone remember – Labels are for cans, not people.
