We’re all about staying hydrated and what better way to do it than to substitute regular water or sugar juice for natural coconut water? Coconut water is great to add to drinks because its all the sweetness and none of the calories (alright, there are calories but not enough to throw off your diet!) Lime and mint, of course, add a little citrus and freshness to the drink. Go ahead and try this non-alcoholic version of a mojito this weekend!
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup coconut water
1 lime, juiced
Muddle mint, raspberries and lime juice in a large glass/jug.
Add coconut water and top up with sparkling water.
- Enjoy! Add 30mL/60mL of vodka if you want to turn this into a refreshing cocktail!
