Culinary Journey Through Italy At La Dolce Vita

Cosy Italian restaurant La Dolce Vita, most loved for its authentic cuisine will be showcasing Italian food from Lazio and Rome regions in Italy from 19th to 28th May. Each region in Italy has its own unique eating habits, even regions only a few miles apart. Not only does each region have its own style, but each community and each valley has a different way of cooking as well.

Every month, La Dolce Vita gives you a chance to experience different regions with delectable dishes prepared by ingredients from the featured region.

Each menu features a starter, a pasta dish, a main course and a dessert. Lazio week’s menu features dishes such as Stracci Di Antrodoco (Frittatas filled with a veal mice sauce, mozzarella and grated pecorino romano (the cheese found in the area, Gnocchi alla Romana, Pangiallo and more!
