With the holidays comes food. Lots and lots of delicious food . Celebrations and feasts are good but sometimes they can turn sour if we are not so careful with how we mix up foods.
This simple digestif cocktail is suitable after indulging in a proper filling meal. It not only eases in digestion, but gives a great end to your dining.
- 1 1/2 oz Cognac
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 1 1/2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- Pour Irish Cream into a brandy snifter or glass
- Add dark rum followed by Cognac.
- Don’t stir. Enjoy it as it is!
