1-cup all-purpose flour

1-cup milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, or vegetable oil
1 large egg, beaten
1-tablespoon vegetable oil
Assorted toppings (optional)

  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, butter (or oil), and egg.
  3. Add the mixture in the small bowl to the mixture with milk and whisk together until its moistened.
  4. Heat a large pan and spread the oil evenly (you can use a paper towel to oil the pan)
  5. Place about 2-3 tablespoons of pancake batter on the pan and let them cook until brown, flipping them to ensure they cook on both sides.
  6. Continue until the batter is used up, adding more oil for consistency.
  7. Serve warm with your preferred toppings.
