This cinnamon maple whiskey sour is the kind of drink the weekend calls for. Play around with your favourite bourbon, maple syrup and a pinch of a ground cinnamon to add a kick!

What are you drinking this weekend?

Make it:

INGREDIENTS:

Per cocktail

3 tablespoons Bulleit bourbon or your bourbon of choice
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 to 4 teaspoons maple syrup, to taste
Pinch of ground cinnamon, optional

DIRECTIONS:

Fill a cocktail shaker or mason jar about two-thirds full with ice.
Pour in the bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Securely fasten the lid and shake well.

Pour fresh ice into your cocktail glass and strain the cold whiskey sour mixture into the glass. Enjoy!

Yummy savours @cilantro.ke's penne pasta with creamy avocado & mushroom pesto 😋

𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗖𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼:
Cilantro is all about making life around the kitchen a little simpler. They do the heavy lifting by providing meal kits & ready meals.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱:
Our tastebuds got tantalized with this penne pasta with creamy avocado & mushroom pesto!

The meal kit came with easy-to-follow instructions, well prepped ingredients and items such as olive oil & canola oil were included.

It took us less than 30 mins to make this and got 4 plates out of this! The penne was bursting with flavour, thanks to the creamy pesto sauce that also had a hint of earthy, buttery taste due to the avocado.
