It’s healthy thanks to the peanut butter and strawberries used and it won’t even take that much time to prepare. If you find yourself having eaten too much, you now have the perfect go-to drink that will still fill up your stomach when food just won’t cut it.

- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- Place the milk, strawberries, banana, peanut butter and honey in a blender.
- Blend until you achieve a frothy smoothie.
