A healthy morning meal is definitely the best way to start your morning and Nuts By Nutrition want you to start your weekend on a healthy note. Stretch and bend your muscles while learning a thing or two about simple healthy meals and benefits of doing pilates this Saturday.

Starting from 8: 30 am to 10: 30 am, enjoy a healthy experience at the Sandalwood Estate (Marist Lane, Opposite KSPCA). A one hour pilates session has been lined up to be followed by a nutritious brunch. Nutritional Therapist, Heather Cuthbert will also be there to describe the foods available.

Charges are Ksh. 2, 800 per person.
