It’s the month of love and we’re spicing things up! This frozen yoghurt bark recipe is simple and quite easy and it’s a different way of enjoying your fave Bio Yoghurt. All the ingredients are available at Green Spoon.
Ingredients:
- 450g plain Bio yoghurt
- 1 tsp baobab powder
- 1 tsp gum arabic
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 punnet blueberries
- 1 punnet raspberries
- 1/3 cup pistachios
- 50g melted dark chocolate
Method
Whisk the yoghurt, baobab powder, gum arabic and honey together until you get a smooth result. Spread with a spatula over a baking sheet, lined with baking paper. Top with the fruit and pistachios. You can mix this up with goji berries or diced dried fruit. Zig zag the melted chocolate across it. Pop in the freezer for at least 6 hours and then break up into bark and enjoy!
