To that end, for the first time in Sub-Saharan Africa, two one-of-a-kind signed Podium Jeroboams were auctioned at an exclusive evening attended by personalities of note from the business, social and sporting scene. The soiree was held at Sankara Nairobi Hotel.

The auction was conducted by honorary guest Aly-Khan Satchu, and drew much enthusiasm and excitement. With a reserve price set at US$1000, serious bidders came set to pick-up these exclusive collectors’ items.
The winner was also gifted An all-expense paid trip for two to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend 2014 with exclusive access to the Formula 1 paddock, hospitality suite and Pit Lane walkabout.
Funds raised from this auction will go to the Kuona Trust, Centre for Visual Art, a creative hub in Nairobi dedicated to the generation, presentation and promotion of innovative contemporary visual arts.
