The smoothest Single Malt Scotch Whisky Glenmorangie was thrilled to host top influencers and Single Malt Whisky aficionados for an event dubbed the Cocktail Masters Session at the Balcony Bar, Villa Rosa Kempinski.
The event highlighted the making of unique Glenmorangie cocktails in a different setting and also showcasing the fun aspect of the brand. In addition, the Villa Rosa Kempinski was introducing the “Aged Meat” for the first time which was paired with the Glenmorangie cocktails.
Speaking at the event, Mr Hamish Torrie Glenmorangie Brand Ambassador said that, “ With the growth of Single Malt whisky around the world, we identify Kenya as potential to be a lighthouse market in East Africa because there is a huge interest in international brands now and also interest in good whisky. So we put the two together and identified Kenya as a place to invest in.”
He further added that “Glenmorangie has been around since 1843 and has built markets around the world. We see Africa as a big future market and I’m excited about the future and the reception people have for the Single Malt whisky. Glenmorangie is known for being a light, delicate, fragrant and flowery whisky which is easy to drink. We think we will be particularly attractive to the Kenyan palate. So far, the results are good.”
Glenmorangie has been voted Master Distiller of the Year by the International Wines & Spirits Council twice in a row. It is in the same spirit, that we continue to celebrate the smoothest and most elegant single malt whisky from Scotland.
