Mushrooms have a unique taste to them; kinda meaty, kinda saucy but definitely savoury. That’s our take, how do you find mushrooms? There are several ways of preparing them and one way is by sauteing them.
Sauteed mushrooms can be used as a sandwich filling or eat with slices of bread. The good thing about them is that they don’t add lots of calories to your diet so they’re definitely something you should consider if you haven’t.
