For some strange reason, you couldn’t finish the pizza you ordered last night and thats okay, that means you can have your left over pizza for breakfast. Everybody loves cold pizza. Its delicious. But what if you want to reheat it and enjoy the same stringiness of the cheese that you had yesterday? More often than not, you’ll throw it in the microwave, heat it for one minute but your pizza just won’t taste the same way it did yesterday. It either feels dry or a soggy.

How To Reheat Leftover Pizza Without Making It Soggy Or Dry

Here is a simple hack to get your pizza to the crispy state we all love so much. All you need is 60 seconds, a glass of water and obviously some pizza.

How to reheat leftover pizza:
1. Get a microwave-safe plate and place your pizza slices on it.
2. Next, find a glass that will fit inside the microwave along with the plate, and fill it up with 2/3rd water.
3. For 45-60 seconds or so, heat the pizza and the water. (The water helps in adding moisture to the air thereby keeping the pizza from drying out).
4. There you go! Nice gooey cheese and a crispy crust!
