The IHG culinary journey is an experience that can only be described as phenomenal. The journey features set menus from different talented chefs from around the world, featuring a variety of cuisines including Indian, Modern Australian, Modern Thai, Chinese, Japanese, and Italian as well as a modern themed bakery. Chef’s featuring in the over two month long journey include Vikkas Khan, Ruus Lusted, Ian Kittichai, Sam Leong, Takagi Kazuo, Dean Brettschneider and Theo Randall.
The culinary Journey has been running since 17th August and will go on till November. Happening at Crowne Plaza, the first two weeks of the journey featured Chef Sam Leong, who has over 25 years of culinary experience. Chef Sam has cooked for Queen Elizabeth II and is considered to be the face of Singaporean and Chinese Cuisine. He is the inventor of Wasabi Prawns and Coffee Pork Ribs.
