On 1st June, Kenyans will celebrate the 52nd Madaraka Day- the day that Kenya attained internal self rule in 1963. It is the day we remember the heroes who fought and died for Kenya’s independence.
This year the Madaraka day falls over a long weekend, Saturday 30th May, Sunday 31st May and Monday 1st June. If you haven’t booked a mini getaway and just plan to sit back and relax that weekend, then here, for your long weekend pleasure, join Carnivore Simba Saloon to celebrate the country’s independence.
On Friday 29th May join them for the Mulembe Nite. Enjoy the delicious menu and performances by the various bands. Entrance is only Kshs 500 per person.
