Back in the day, men were not considered to be health freaks in the sense of watching what they eat and when they eat, that’s usually something we women do. However, times have changed and men are becoming aware about their health.
New gyms are popping up every other day even in areas where you don’t expect to find any man working out. Juice
As much as you love them, they contain added sugars and artificial flavorings that don’t have any nutrients beneficial to your body. If you must take these juices, be sure to limit your intake

The healthier option is butter and although it has a higher concentration of calories and saturated fat, it is better than margarine-just don’t over do it.
