Fairmont Norfolk’s Unveils New Tatu Restaurant Menu

Fairmont The Norfolk is pleased to announce the launch of its revamped Tatu Restaurant menu created by their newly appointed Group Executive Chef Avinash Mohan. Chef Mohan is in charge of the culinary experts at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Kenya.

Chef Mohan is bringing to Kenya, innovation and an artistic approach to food preparation. Whilst continuing to cultivate Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Kenya reputation for delivering haute cuisine.

To capture the essence of this buzzing cosmopolitan city, the new menu at Tatu will include International, Kenyan cuisine, Japanese and other Oriental cuisines, as well as a re-introduction to their old classics such as Lobster Thermidor and Lamb Ossobuco.

New items on the revamped menu will include Butter Poached Crab, Kachumbari Crusted Kisumu Tilapia, Ostrich Burger and Sous Vide Crocodile.

Every Sundays enjoy a 20% discount on the total bill, while a group of 10 or more will receive a selected bottle of complimentary wine.
