This past weekend I got to uncover Nairobi’s best kept secret, the city hotel by the game park: Ole Sereni.
Wedding expos and fairs are great for visual wedding inspiration…
Table set-ups and centre pieces by Vintage weddings
(All floral arrangements by The Flower People)
Cake displays by Ole Sereni.
Ole Sereni would be a lovely place to honeymoon and/or have your wedding because:
-No one does hospitality quite like Ole Sereni, the service is excellent.
-The food: was DIVINE! Savoury to Sweet : Sushi, spicy chicken wings, meat skewers, macaroons, mini-cupcakes and later Nyama Choma and drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Quite the offering, I tell you.
-The ambience: classy, warm and inviting without being snooty.
-The view: anyone who has been to Ole Sereni will tell you, the view is to die for, overlooking the Ngong hills and the Nairobi National Park, its breathtaking. The modern architecture against the back drop of the wild is a thing of beauty.
Be sure to visit their main restaurant the Big Five Restaurant overlooking the Ngong hills. Located on the 1st floor of the hotel, with five open-show kitchens serving Sample Mongolian, Grill, Italian, Indian and Chinese cuisines.
