3-Minute Potato Crisps

written by Yummy Team 18th July 2019

We’d say snack-attack but we can’t until we’re sure you actually have snacks to ‘attack’. Potato crisps are a favourite for many and can be eaten as you watch a movie or TV series at home, in your car on your way home or in the office as a mid-morning snack (be prepared to share with colleagues, they will find them irresistible).

Did you know that potato crisps can also serve as an appetizer? You’ve had them as a side dish at different restaurants around the country now make them at home in less than 4 minutes.

1/4 cup of olive oil
A pinch of salt

  1. Cut the potatoes into thick slices.
  2. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Arrange them on a microwave-safe plate and make sure they do not overlap.
  4. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
