You can make a pretty impressive morning meal thatโs actually good for you in five minutes or less.
Ingredients
1 whole-wheat tortilla
2 tablespoons natural unsalted crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
Procedure
Lay the wheat tortilla on a work surface. Then spread with the peanut butter.
Cover it with the strawberries, and then roll it into a tube. Slice on the diagonal into the desired number of pieces.
Serve with 1 cup of milk
