Of course the first reaction that pops up when you read the topic is “Why would anyone want to reduce his or her libido?” Well, If you think about it for a few minutes you will realise that there are a couple of reasons why this information may be useful to you. Consumption of large quantities of these candy sticks may bring some hormonal changes, including reduced libido in both genders. The licorice plant contains phytoestrogens which have been known to affect the endocrine system.
Granola
I must admit that this is just but a theory that links its tastelessness to lower sexual levels.
Cilantro/ Coriander leaves
Coriander leaves are commonly used as a complementary flavor, however ingridients in the leaves can also reduce testosterone levels.
