Sierra Brasserie is giving you a reason to rush there tomorrow with their First Friday of the Month Special Menu. They will be serving delicacies based on fresh, local produce not available on their menu on a normal day.
How did the First Friday of the Month special menu come to be? Sierra devotes one day a month to celebrate the fresh, wonderful produce from the farmers, fishermen and bakers they work with that are available at that time. The Sierra team takes the best of what these producers have to offer and create an inspired season-specific menu for their esteemed customers to enjoy.
Tomorrow’s products may include any of the following: fresh tuna from Diani, dry aged Dorper lamb from Nanyuki Ranching in Laikipia and organic dark chocolate from Tanzania. YUMMY!!
