1/4 cup of vinegar
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
freshly ground black pepper
450 g mushrooms
- Whisk the vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and black pepper together.
- Add the mushrooms and marinate for about 20 minutes.
- Heat the grill to about medium-high and thread the marinated mushrooms on skewers and grill for about 2 to 3 minutes until the mushrooms turn golden brown.
