Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie with Delia's Coffee Bean Ice Cream
½ cup Brown’s salted butter, room temperature
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg, room temperature
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup home baking flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda

Strawberries to serve
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda & set aside. Cream butter & sugar together, about 2-3 minutes should be enough. Add the egg, vanilla and continue to whisk until light & fluffy. Add flour & chocolate chips and combine.
3. Transfer dough to a baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until gooey in the centre and golden around the edges. Remove and allow to cool.
4. To serve, scoop Brown’s Coffee Ice Cream onto the warm cookie, top with strawberries and eat straight out of the pan!
