Soi Restaurant, previously an exquisite Thai restaurant, launched as a Pan Asian outlet offering a new flavourful menu, great ambience and of course, rich wines. The new Executive Chef Christopher Graham delivers appetizing dishes, enough to make your trips to Dusit D2 endless.
We were invited for this special launch and the menu was everything we’d come to trust and expect from Soi: deliciously dished up and served perfectly. The cold starter menu included a Compressed Melon, Red Snapper Crudo, Smoked Kimchi, Swimmer Crab and more.
The hot starters included Crispy Tofu, Oxtail Cigar, Spicy Lentil Cake and a Tod Mon Pla. The main menu was a deep dive into dishes such as the Nasi Goreng, Gung Pao, Heavenly Beef, Bok Choi and Fried Rice.
The dessert section was a selection of sweet treats such as the Chocolate Fondant, Mango Sticky Rice, Banana Fritter and an Exotic Fruit Platter which had berries and passion fruit gel.
