Thanksgiving is a special time, dedicated to celebrating friends and family and the universal joy of good, rich food. While it’s primarily a North American holiday, those values are ones we can all appreciate and revel in – especially, in the case of Talisman Chef, Ray Cournede, the delicious dishes.

“For me, Thanksgiving is all about comfort food, with a little luxury on the side,” Ray says. “Our menu this year was inspired by traditional autumn and fall ingredients such as pumpkins, pecans and maple syrup, and we’ve paired them with lobster, truffle or melted Camembert to give them a decadent touch.”
