And when it comes to balancing the acidity of alcohol, we have discovered that adding it into our drinks is not only delicious, but helps to prevent nausea on the night and the next day.

100 ml Moet

3 slices Ginger

20ml Lemon juice

20ml Sugar syrup

Crush the ginger slices with the lemon juice and strain into a champagne flute. Add the sugar syrup and top up with Moet and Chadon Champagne.
