The Tastiest Coffee Drinks for Your Perfect Evening

by Kevin Wandu

Have you ever noticed that coffee is a drink that is literally popular all year round? We drink it in winter to warm up, in spring to cheer up, and in summer and fall simply because it tastes good. It’s not just an energy drink, letting us feel great, even if we feel tired after a long day at work or sad because we don’t remember our 22Bet login and password. It is also a way to spend our free time and get delighted with each sip. Would you like to try something instead of your everyday espresso? Then these recipes will be a wonderful choice for you.

Espresso Con Panna

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • Ground coffee – 2 tsp.
  • Water – 50 ml
  • Sugar – 1 pinch
  • Cream 30% – 50 ml

Preparation:

  1. Prepare espresso. Mix the ground coffee with water and bring to a boil over low heat.
  2. At the same time whip the cream and sugar (sugar can be replaced by powdered sugar) until stiff peaks form.
  3. Garnish the slightly cooled drink with the cream using a spoon or a culinary bag with a star-shaped nozzle. It is not recommended to add cream to the boiling coffee at once: The “decoration” will instantly melt and the drink will not look as aesthetically pleasing.

Macchiato

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • Ground coffee – 2 tsp.
  • Water – 50 ml
  • Milk – 50 ml
  • Sugar to taste

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the espressoчf you like your coffee sweeter, sugar should be added at this stage.
  2. At the same time, whip the milk until it becomes airy foam (this can be done with a mixer, immersion blender, or even whipping milk in a French press).
  3. Pour everything into a cup, then add the milk.

Cappuccino

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • Ground coffee – 2 tsp.
  • Water – 50 ml
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Sugar to taste
  • Cocoa (add it for a nice bitterness or replace with grated chocolate if you want to add sweetness) – 1 pinch

Preparation:

  1. Prepare espresso.
  2. Whisk the milk at the same time. For a cappuccino you need a little more milk than for macchiato).
  3. Pour coffee and whipped milk into a cup and garnish the drink.

Latte

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • Ground coffee – 2 tsp.
  • Water – 50 ml
  • milk – 150 ml
  • Sugar to taste

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the espresso.
  2. Whisk the milk until a strong, steady foam.
  3. Repeat the same steps: pour coffee and whipped milk into a cup. If this way of serving seems boring, then decorate your latte with marshmallows or sweet popcorn.

Mocha

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • Ground coffee – 2 tsp.
  • Water – 50 ml
  • Milk – 50 ml
  • Sugar to taste
  • Chocolate – 10-20 gr
  • Sugar to taste

Preparation:

  1. Prepare espresso.
  2. Whisk milk until air foam.
  3. Melt chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.
  4. Finish your coffee. Pour the melted chocolate into the cup (it can be beautifully distributed on the walls), the milk and – at the very end – hot espresso. But as you are in the role of barista now, feel free to experiment: combine the ingredients in the cup in reverse order, decorate the drink with whipped cream or cinnamon, use chocolate with flavors such as mint or small pieces of caramel. All in all, let your coffee imagination run wild!

Coffee With Fresh Mint

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • Ground coffee – 2 tsp.
  • Water – 50 ml
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • Sugar to taste

Preparation:

  1. Brew the coffee.
  2. Rinse the mint leaves thoroughly and tear them into small pieces.
  3. Put them in a bowl and crush a little with a spoon.
  4. Add the hot coffee and sugar and leave to infuse for a few minutes.

Affogato

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • Ground coffee – 2 tsp.
  • Water – 50 ml
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Spices to taste (cinnamon, cardamom, thyme, thyme or anise)

Preparation:

  1. Mix the coffee with the spices, pour in water and brew as usual.
  2. While the coffee is brewing, warm a small cup (you can put it under a hot stream of water or in a microwave) and put one or two scoops of ice cream there.
  3. When the coffee is ready, slowly pour it into the cup. The coffee should not cover the ice cream completely – it should be a little less than in a standard cup, about 100 ml.

Drink immediately before the ice cream melts.

Raspberry Frappe

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • Ground coffee – 2 tsp.
  • Raspberry ice cream
  • Milk – 200 ml
  • High-fat cream

Preparation:

  1. All ingredients must be cold. Take jars where you can immediately serve the drink. Put instant coffee and raspberry ice cream in each jar.
  2. Add cold milk.
  3. Close the jar with the lid and shake well until foam appears.
  4. Add whipped cream on top, decorate as you want. The drink is ready!

Coffee With Banana and Cinnamon

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • Ground coffee – 2 tsp.
  • ½ banana
  • Cinnamon
  • Milk or cream
  • Water

Preparation:

  1. Boil the coffee as usual and cool slightly.
  2. In a blender, whisk together chopped banana, cinnamon and slightly cooled coffee.
  3. Pour the drink into a cup, adding milk or cream to taste.

You can also make this version cold – then the coffee should be placed in the fridge, and then in a blender whipped with banana and milk (the volume of milk is the same as the volume of coffee). As a result, you will get a coffee and banana milkshake.
