Whisky Dinner At Que Pasa

As part of the Love Whisky Festival, Que Pasa is hosting a Whisky Dinner on Wednesday 26th November 2014. Chef Anthony from Que Pasa will bring a 5 course single malt whisky dinner together with Diageo brand ambassador Douglas Duncanson.
The single malt whiskies that night will include the Lagavulin, Singleton, Glenkinchie, and Dalwhinnie.

Appetizer / Glenkinchie
Slow cooked yellow fin tuna with carrot hollandaise, grapes, pork crackling and sesame foam

Starter / Singleton
Mushroom and asparagus risotto with roast chicken jus

Pineapple and ginger sorbet with tinkerbell whisky essence

Main course / Talisker storm
Lamb cooked three ways with shallots, braised cowpeas leaves and lentil purée

Dessert / Dalwhinnie
Dark chocolate pave with ginger snaps, raspberry, raisin jam and pistachio ice cream
