When’s the last time you had some chocolate mousse? It’s the perfect way to get your chocolate fix. Chocolate mousse, quite a common dessert, is usually fluffy with a rich taste.
I can’t exhaust the different ways to make mousse. When I got my inspiration, I decided to make mine with some homegrown avocados and coconut. Absolutely delish! The use of fresh homegrown avocados not only makes this mousse a healthy treat but a yummy one as well.
Ingredients:
- Ripe avocado
- Cocoa powder
- Drinking chocolate powder
- Milk (regular/coconut milk/nut milk)
- Honey
- Vanilla essence
- Fresh grated coconut
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender, blitz, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Garnish with coconut, or any topping of your choice such as berries. Enjoy!
